How to register:

Dear Man Camp Coaches and Staff,

Please read this information in its entirety and respond using the form below.

Thank you for being willing to come and give of your time to help at the 2025 Midwest Christian Boys Football Camp. This will be the 32nd year of Man Camp! We thank God for his blessings and the decisions that have been made over the years. All of this would not be possible without each of you!

Preparations are well underway at the First Baptist Church. We are begging God to bless and to meet with us in a great and mighty way. Please continue to enlist young men to come to camp and pray for 400 campers to attend. Also pray for the coaches, staff, safety, decisions, and chapel speakers.

**Below is some important information that each coach and staff member needs to read carefully as some things have changed.

  • It is imperative that as many coaches and staff arrive to camp by Sunday afternoon, August 3, as we will begin registration and equipment fitting at 2 pm, on Sunday. We are expecting and planning for 400 campers; so we must have as many boys as possible ready with equipment and pads by 7 a.m., Monday.

  • There will be a MANDATORY meeting for all coaches and staff at 8 a.m., Monday, August 4. All boys must be registered and fitted before this meeting.

  • At the end of the week, please do not plan to leave before Friday evening. If you are able to stay and help us close out camp that would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you think you can lend a hand on Friday evening.

  • To help defer the hotel expense, some men will be staying in Bro. Eric Bryant’s home or at the Bible Tracts, Inc. building. The FBC office will notify those who will be staying at one of those two locations. Those not staying there will be staying at a hotel in Dwight or in a nearby hotel. Hotels in Dwight are limited. Other hotels are located approximately 20 minutes away.

  • First Baptist Church will pay the hotel cost starting Sunday night, August 3 – Thursday night, August 7. If you plan to stay any additional nights, a $50 fee per night will be charged to you. Please see Jane Colvin at the FBC office to care for this upon your arrival.

  • A 2025 camp schedule will be sent out via email soon.

  • Please reply ASAP, to the information requested below. This will enable us to prepare appropriately for your arrival. I do understand that you may not have all of your details worked out at this point, but please respond ASAP with as much information as possible.
